Commonwealth Forces is a must have. It adds a lot to Combat Mission Normandy, especially beautiful new units and interesting missions, but also it offers a nearly complete game on the Battle of Normandy.

Vae Victis reviews Strategic Command Global Conflict GOLD
Friday, 27 April 2012 Vae Victis cover

Vae Victis, one of the leading french wargaming print magazines, dedicated a 4 page spread to review Furysoftware's latest release, the Strategic Command Global Conflict GOLD expansion pack. Here are some quotes (in english for your convenience :)) -

"Let's salute Hubert Cater for his daring move: to improve on something that is not visual yet supremely important: the AI. Stronger and faster."

"The strategic AI is rather tough and will know how to disembark on your rear."

"Don't expect the AI passivity of some bigger WW2 strategy games. Everything will be used against you!"

"SC has a great positioning, product wise, not too big, yet detailed (..) what's more replayability is very important."
